스님들이 너무 빨리 가르침을 펴지 않는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 당신이 법을 설할 때, 삿된 견해를 말하면 많은 문제가 생깁니다. 당신은 낮은 영역으로 떨어지게 됩니다. 명심하세요. 법을 설하는 것을 쉽게 받아들이지 마세요. 자신이 무슨 말을 하고 있는지 아는 것이 좋습니다. 벌을 설하기 전에 먼저 지혜를 여는 것이 좋습니다. 가르침 안에 일상적인 견해와 집착을 넣으면 떨어집니다. 많은 스님들이 이에 대해 조심하지 않아서 지옥으로 떨어집니다. 나는 열망이 있어. 불교를 전파하고 싶어. 중생을 제도하고 싶고, 많은 사람들이 불교를 믿도록 돕고 싶어. 이렇게 믿으면서 자신을 속이는 것은 매우 쉽습니다. 하지만 지혜가 없다면, 좋은 의도에도 불구하고, 당신은 비참한 상태에 빠지게 됩니다. 그들은 진정한 지혜를 가지고 있지 않기 때문에, 심지어 비참한 상태에 빠지는 것을 두려워하지 않습니다. 당신은 그것을 두려워해야 합니다.

It's very important for you monks and nuns not to dispense the teaching too soon. When you speak the Dharma and you express deviant views, it causes a lot of problems for you. You fall into lower realms. Keep that in mind. You can’t take it to speak the Dharma carelessly. You better know what you're talking about. You better open your wisdom first before you should speak the Dharma.
If you insert your mundane views and your attachments in your
teachings, you fall. Many monks and nuns fall to hell because they are not careful about this. It's very easy to fool yourself by believing I have aspirations, I want to propagate Buddhism, I want to save living beings, and I want to help a lot of people believe in Buddhism. But if you don't have the wisdom, despite your good intentions, you fall into the woeful states. Because they don't have real wisdom, they're not even afraid to fall into woeful states. And you should be scared of it.
